Private sellerProduct description
This is an antique rocking chair, crafted from dark lacquered wood. The design combines a classic silhouette with a unique gliding mechanism, ensuring a soft, smooth movement. The frame is made of solid wood with a rich, dark brown finish and turned spindles. The seat, backrest, and armrests are upholstered in a velour fabric, featuring an elegant damask pattern in black and gold-colored tones. The combination of the detailed woodwork and the rich upholstery gives the chair a stately appearance. The chair is in good, used condition consistent with its age. The wooden construction is solid, and the rocking mechanism functions properly. The original finish and upholstery contribute to the authentic character of the piece of furniture. This rocking chair is a characterful addition to a classic or eclectic interior. It fits well in a living room, study, or reading nook as a comfortable and decorative seating option.
