For sale is the original print ** ICA II ** by German artist Alfred Pohl (1928–2019). The work is hand-signed, dated 1979, and numbered 3/25 from a small edition.
This abstract composition with landscape references was created using Pohl’s elaborate “lost plate” printmaking technique (verlorene Platte), in which each color is printed from the same plate as it is progressively reworked, making every edition especially distinctive.
