The Alessi Melodic Kettle "Il Bollitore" is an absolute design classic. Designed by Richard Sapper in 1983 for Alessi. The magic of this kettle? Instead of the usual whistle, it plays a “mi” and “si” melodic tune when the water boils, thanks to its twin brass pipes. A perfect mix of functional design and art, making it a must-have for collectors and lovers of iconic Italian design.
The kettle is made from the finest quality stainless steel Inox 18/10, with copper underside, spout made of brass, and handle made of synthetic.
A true first edition, featuring the original copper base that’s now incredibly hard to find. In excellent condition, only few wear as you can see on the pictures. Comes in its original box with manual.
