Adam Pete "el Caballo", oil on canvas, original hand-signed 1993 125 x 75 (W x H) The painting is presented in a double, elaborately gilded wooden frame, which was individually made for this painting. ADAM MARIAN PETE was born in 1966 in Tarnowskze, Poland, is a German painter and graphic artist. Adam Marian Pete first exhibition of his work, initiated Kulturhaus-Kolejarz in 1984 in his hometown Tarnowskie Góry, Poland. Adam Pete emigrated from Poland to West Germany in 1985 and attended the Ferdinand Braun School of Art and Design in Fulda, from which he graduated in 1988. In 1989, he opened his first studio as a freelance artist and devoted himself exclusively to his artistic work. Pete has lived and worked in Palma, Spain, since 1998. Adam Marian Pete can now look back on numerous exhibitions at home and abroad, including at the Webbs Gallery in London, Ajuntamento Calvia and Galerie Mensing in Constance and Munich. The works of the painter, draughtsman, poet and performer are now an integral part of the Mallorcan art scene.
