About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
A set of three vintage oven dishes from the 1970s, by the French brand Acropal, made from the characteristic milky-white, tempered glass. The set is a classic example of French kitchenware, known for its durability and timeless aesthetic, decorated with a charming fruit motif.
These oven dishes are made of opal glass, a material developed by Acropal that is both heat-resistant and exceptionally strong. The set consists of three dishes of different, nesting sizes, each complete with a matching lid. The base color is bright white, which forms a fresh contrast with the multicolored illustrations of fruits and leaves.
The overall condition of the set is excellent, retaining the original luster and clarity of the glass. The decorations are vibrant and intact, testifying to careful use over the years. This complete and well-preserved set is a beautiful piece of kitchen history.
Functional for oven-to-table use, and at the same time very decorative. These dishes fit perfectly into an interior with a vintage, retro, or country style, adding a touch of nostalgic French charm to any kitchen or dining table.
