Acerbis Gong Side Table - Ø55 x H35 Side table with its typical grace and flair of form in a muted hand-brushed finish. Top: Gunmetal M13 Frame: Gunmetal M13 Dimensions: Ø55 x H35 cm Description: The minimalist Acerbis Gong Side Table is a design by architect Gianfranco Frattini. This balanced design from 1987 has been reissued in different heights and diameters and enriched with new finishes. This new series of the Gong Side Table underlines the value of the original model without losing sight of its essence. The Gong Side Table is praised for its simplicity and use of materials. For example, the table top is made of a metal sheet and the stand is made of a hexagonal metal rod. These shapes and materials emphasize the industrial aspect because they are related shapes from industry. By connecting these shapes - using small coils - the powerful yet slender appearance of the Gong Side Table is created. The finish is gunmetal. Gunmetal consists of multiple, hand-applied layers, creating an almost matte black finish. All tables are hand-finished, making each Gong Side Table unique.
