Private sellerProduct description
This is an expressive painting by the artist J. Vinks, executed in an abstract-figurative style. The work is characterized by a dynamic composition and a powerful, vibrant use of color that immediately draws attention. The painting shows an interplay of broad, visible brushstrokes in a palette of deep blue, bright yellow, red, and purple. The artist has signed the work in the lower left. An interesting detail is its origin: the work comes from the art lending library of the former Kultureel Sentrum Tilburg, as evidenced by the label on the back. This label also states the original price of 1,500 guilders. The artwork is in very good condition and is framed behind glass, which has contributed to the preservation of the bright colors. The simple, silver-colored aluminum frame with a white passe-partout supports the modern appearance of the painting without distracting from it. Due to its powerful appearance and size, this painting is an excellent eye-catcher in a modern, eclectic, or minimalist interior. It would be particularly well suited for a living room, study, or a spacious hall.
