This is a set of occasional side tables designed in 1927 by Eileen Gray for ClassiCon (formerly known as "the Vereinigte Werkstätten").
Thanks to its asymmetric design, the table's base can easily be slid under a bed, sofa or armchair. They are also easy to move around, making them versatile.
The frame is made of chromium-plated steel tubing. The tabletop and base are made of MDF with a white high-gloss lacquer finish.
The tables are in very good condition, showing only minor signs of wear consistent with age and use.
