Product description
This is the Urban Barstool, a design by Carl Öjerstam for IKEA from the early 21st century. The piece is a representative example of functional and modern Scandinavian design, known for its minimalist aesthetic and practical usability.
The Barstool is made with a white plastic seat and a height-adjustable metal leg with a chrome finish. The round base ensures stability. The dimensions are 39 cm wide and 38 cm deep, with a variable seat height of 57 to 76 cm, making the stool adaptable to various bar or kitchen island heights.
The overall condition of the Barstool is functional, with a character that matches its age and use. The construction is solid, and the adjustment mechanism works properly. The materials show a patina that contributes to the authentic character of a second-hand furniture piece.
This Barstool is a versatile addition to a modern kitchen, a home bar, or a creative workspace. The sleek, white, and chrome color scheme blends well with various interior styles, from minimalist to industrial.
