Set of 6 vintage dining chairs designed by the Danish quality brand Dyrlund, 1970s.
Beautiful set of chairs. Solid teak frame, beautifully organically shaped. Graceful rounded edges and a beautiful visible wood grain.
The set is upholstered in the original, high-quality Danish upholstery. A beautiful mottled wool upholstery that contrasts beautifully with the frame.
The chairs were once reinforced with screws on the underside (see photos). This was done to strengthen the wood joints, but it doesn't help. The frames need to be removed and the joints re-glued.
In short, a neat set in visually good condition that requires a little work. A piece of cake for the handyman. This has been factored into the price.
