Private sellerProduct description
An elegant set of six silver-plated coupes, crafted by the renowned Belgian silversmith Wiskemann. These ice cream cups are characterized by their timeless and refined design, exuding a sense of classic luxury. The design combines a wide, shallow bowl with a slender, flared base, resulting in a harmonious and stylish silhouette. Each coupe in this set is made of silver-plated metal, ensuring a beautiful shine and a solid feel. The pieces are marked, a sign of the authenticity and craftsmanship for which Wiskemann is known. The Brussels manufacturer has a long history of producing high-quality silverware and tableware, and these coupes are an excellent example of that. The set is in good vintage condition, with a patina consistent with age and use. This lived-in appearance contributes to the unique character of the objects, without detracting from their functional or aesthetic value. The coupes are structurally sound and retain their original shape. These versatile coupes are perfect for serving desserts such as ice cream, sorbet, or mousse, but can also serve as chic champagne glasses. They make a stylish addition to a festive table setting and fit perfectly within a classic, Art Deco, or eclectic interior.
