Product description
A set of six dining chairs, designed by the Danish furniture designer Niels Otto Møller. This is the iconic Model 75, a prime example of Danish Mid-Century Modern design, known for its elegant lines and craftsmanship.
These chairs were manufactured by J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Denmark. The frames are made of warm-toned wood, which gives a rich and deep color to the whole. The seats are skillfully hand-woven from papercord, a material that is both durable and comfortable. The design combines organic forms with a light yet sturdy construction, which is characteristic of Møller's work.
The set is in good vintage condition, consistent with its age and use. The wood has developed an authentic patina that adds to the character of the chairs. The papercord seats are intact and sturdy, testifying to the high quality of the original manufacturing.
These dining chairs are a refined addition to any dining area and fit seamlessly into a Scandinavian, modern, or vintage interior. They form a harmonious ensemble around a wooden dining table and bring a piece of Danish design history into your home.
PLEASE NOTE
The chairs have been fully restored and fitted with new papercord, and the woodwork has been cleaned and re-oiled.
