Product description
A set of six Meridiana swivel chairs, an iconic design by Christophe Pillet for the Italian manufacturer Driade. These chairs are a prime example of modern Italian design, where functionality and refined aesthetics come together. The design is immediately recognizable by its ribbed shell, reminiscent of the facets of a diamond, creating a captivating play of light and shadow.
The seat of each chair is made from high-quality, transparent polycarbonate, which provides a light and spacious appearance. The shell rests on a stable, four-spoke swivel base made of chromed steel, giving the chairs an elegant yet solid foundation. The design, produced in Italy, combines durable materials with a timeless form, making the chairs both comfortable and visually appealing.
The overall condition of the set is very good, maintaining the clarity of the polycarbonate and the shine of the chrome. The chairs show character consistent with careful use and retain their structural integrity and original appearance. This set is a complete and coherent addition to any interior.
These Meridiana chairs are versatile and fit perfectly at a modern dining table, in a meeting room, or as solitary design objects in a living room. Their transparent nature makes them particularly suitable for spaces where an open and airy feel is desired, and they combine effortlessly with various interior styles, from minimalist to eclectic.
