Product description
This set of six Bannink dining chairs with armrests embodies the refined aesthetic of the early twentieth century. The design is strongly inspired by the Art Nouveau movement, which translates into the elegant, curved lines and the classic spindle back that give these chairs their characteristic silhouette.
The chairs are crafted from solid dark cherry wood, a material known for its warm undertones and durability. The seats are upholstered in a striped textile fabric in a multicolored palette of muted shades, creating a subtle contrast with the rich brown of the wooden frame. The construction showcases craftsmanship with sturdy armrests that seamlessly transition into the front legs. The vertical spindles in the backrest not only provide visual length but also ensure comfortable support during long dinners.
The set is in good condition commensurate with its age and previous use. The cherry wood has developed an authentic patina over the years, with the original finish largely preserved. The structural integrity of all six chairs is fully intact, making them ready for immediate use. These classic armchairs come into their own around a generous wooden dining table in a traditional or eclectic interior. They add a touch of historical grandeur to the dining room and invite you to enjoy elaborate meals in style.
