A true design classic in the elegant Bauhaus or Mid - Century style, designed in the 1960s/1970s by Centro Studi for Matteo Grassi. The MG5 combines a clear, minimalist aesthetic with high-quality materials - pure Italian craftsmanship.
Materials & finish: Frame: Robust welded steel tubes with a chrome-plated or titanium-optic finish for stability and a light industrial touch. Cover: Thick, patinated saddle leather - covered seat, back and armrests; embossed with "Matteo Grassi" as a mark of authenticity. Dimensions (approx.) - Width: 56-60 cm - Depth: 52-55 cm - Height: 78-80 cm - Seat height: 43-45 cm - Armrest height: 58-63 cm Condition & origin - Original production in Italy - often manufactured in the 1970s by Centro Studi. - Vintage character with authentic patina - minor signs of wear on the leather or frame, no structural wear (e.g. "normal signs of age-related wear" or "no tear, only light patina")
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Two of the chairs have minimal scratches in the leather.
