This is an extensive 54-piece crockery set from the Finnish manufacturer Arabia, made of stoneware. The set belongs to the iconic 'Ruska' series, one of the brand's most successful and longest-running product lines.
Designed by Ulla Procopé in the early 1960s, each piece is characterized by a unique, speckled glaze in earthy brown and black tones. This special technique ensures that no two items are exactly alike, contributing to its artisanal character. The set is very complete and includes, among other things, dinner plates, breakfast plates, deep plates, coffee cups with saucers, a coffee pot, a teapot, egg cups, a sugar bowl, and an ashtray.
The crockery is made of very durable stoneware, designed to withstand the test of time and daily use. The overall condition is good, with a character that matches its age and material. The robust appearance and warm, natural colors are characteristic of this Scandinavian design icon.
With its rustic yet modern aesthetic, this crockery fits perfectly into an interior with Scandinavian, Mid-Century, or rural influences. It is a functional and stylish addition for both daily use and special occasions.
