Set of four Model U20 dining chairs designed by Johannes Andersen for Uldum Møbelfabrik, Denmark 1966.
These chairs are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, featuring exquisite teak wood frames that have undergone an extensive restoration process. A professional restorer, deeply respecting the original factory processes, has skillfully sanded and refinished each frame using a premium linseed oil imported from Denmark. This careful treatment has bestowed upon the chairs a lustrous appearance that pays homage to their timeless beauty. Additionally, the frames have been delicately waxed, enhancing their natural allure with a subtle yet captivating sheen.
Moreover, every seat has been thoughtfully revitalized. The foam has been replaced, ensuring optimal comfort, while the upholstery has been tastefully redone with luxurious wool fabric. Specifically, the seats have been adorned with Koksdal Pebble White fabric from the esteemed Gudbrandsdalens Uldvarefabrik, exuding an aura of sophistication.
These chairs are in truly remarkable condition, with only minor indications of previous use, as can be observed in the accompanying photos.
