Product description
Dining room chairs model 49 designed by Erik Buch and produced by Oddense Maskinsnedkeri in the 1960s. Simple lines and comfortable curves make this a classic Danish modern Design. The curved seat appears to float above the solid teak frame, and the backrest Frames with arched wooden buttons that hide the fasteners is reminiscent of the headstock of an electric guitar.
Not only does the chair look unobtrusively good, but it also has a padded backrest that was one of the most comfortable of the era, which was probably one reason for the enduring popularity of this design.
