Product description
Beautiful set of four original Danish dining chairs, designed by Erik Buch for O.D. Møbler, Denmark. A particularly elegant design from the Danish mid-century period, with beautifully shaped teak frames, slender legs and the characteristic curved backrests. Especially the organic connection between back, back legs and seat gives these chairs their recognizable appearance. The wooden frames are in very good vintage condition and have a warm, deep teak color. The seats have recently been completely reupholstered with a high-quality, coarsely woven upholstery fabric in a calm olive/taupe shade. The color combines very nicely with the teak and keeps the original Scandinavian look intact. The chairs are marked O.D. Møbler. Condition: Very good, with only minor signs of wear appropriate for their age. New upholstery and immediately ready for use. Period: 60s/70s Designer: Erik Buch Manufacturer: O.D.
