About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
A set of four chairs by the Dutch manufacturer De Wit, executed in a characteristic Mid-20th Century style. The design combines a chromed tubular frame with a comfortable, upholstered seat and backrest, resulting in a timeless and functional aesthetic. These chairs are made with a chromed metal sled base, which provides slight suspension and a modern silhouette. The seat and backrest are upholstered with a durable, ocher-yellow textile fabric that adds a warm and inviting accent. The armrests are finished with black plastic, creating a beautiful contrast with the shiny chrome. This model is a good example of Dutch design, known for its functionality and clean lines. The overall condition of the set is good, with a character that testifies to its age and previous use. The original upholstery has been preserved and the construction of the chairs is solid. The combination of materials and the thoughtful design make these chairs a durable choice. These versatile chairs are suitable as Dining chairs, but also function excellently as conference chairs or as extra seating in a living or working space. They fit seamlessly into a vintage, Mid-Century Modern or eclectic interior.
