Corneille (actually Guillaume Cornelis van Beverloo) was an influential Dutch artist, born in 1922 and died in 2010. His unique and colorful artworks have left a lasting mark on the modern art world. As co-founder of the CoBrA movement, an avant-garde group active from 1948 to 1951, Corneille contributed to renewing the art scene.

Corneille's style is characterized by vibrant colors, organic shapes and a playful approach to composition. His paintings, drawings and graphic works often reflect his interest in the relationship between people, nature and the imagination.

His art is also colorfully displayed on these cups, among others.

The cups are in very nice condition; no chips or anything like that. Only 1 mug, some pieces where the paint has worn off, please see the photos. Furthermore, the paint is in beautiful condition, clear.
Mug dimensions: 9 cm diameter x 8.5 cm height.

Corneille (eigenlijk Guillaume Cornelis van Beverloo) was een invloedrijke Nederlandse kunstenaar, geboren in 1922 en overleden in 2010. Zijn unieke en kleurrijke kunstwerken hebben een blijvende stempel gedrukt op de moderne kunstwereld. Als medeoprichter van de CoBrA-beweging, een avant-gardistische groep die actief was in de jaren 1948 tot 1951, heeft Corneille bijgedragen aan het vernieuwen van de kunstscène.

Corneille's stijl wordt gekenmerkt door levendige kleuren, organische vormen en een speelse benadering van compositie. Zijn schilderijen, tekeningen en grafische werken weerspiegelen vaak zijn interesse in de relatie tussen mens, natuur en de verbeelding. 

Zijn kunst is ook kleurrijk weergegeven op oa deze bekers. 

De bekers zijn in heel mooie staat; geen chips of iets dergelijks. Slechts 1 mok enkele stukjes waar het lak eraf is, zie graag de foto s. Verder lak in mooie staat, helder. 
Afmeting mok:  9 cm doorsnede x 8,5 cm hoogte. 

Betreft een set van vier mokken.
