Set of four Model 102 chairs designed by Gianfranco Frattini for Cassina in the 1960s. These chairs represent one of the most recognizable examples of Italian design of the period, characterized by clean lines, balanced proportions, and high construction quality. The solid wood structures show exposed joint details with small round inserts, a typical signature of Frattini's work.
The chairs have been completely restored: the wood has been re-lacquered respecting the original shade, enhancing the grain and depth of the material. The seat and backrest have been re-upholstered with a fine wool and cotton blend fabric Made in Italy, chosen to ensure comfort, durability, and an aesthetic consistent with the original design.
The set combines vintage authenticity and contemporary functionality, making it ideal for modern environments, vintage spaces, or dining rooms with a refined character.
