For sale: a set of 4 original Achillea armchairs, designed by architect Tito Agnoli for the Italian Ycami Collection. The label "design arch. Tito Agnoli" is under the seat. Tito Agnoli (1931–2012) is one of the well-known Italian post-war designers. He also designed for brands such as Arflex, Poltrona Frau and Bonacina, and received nominations for the Compasso d'Oro. The Achillea is a timeless design: a black lacquered, round wooden backrest that flows into the armrests, on a black metal frame with an elegantly curved base. The loose black leather seat cushions make it comfortable for long dinners. Condition: Sturdy and fully functional, with honest signs of wear consistent with age. The lacquer has peeled off at the ends of the armrests (especially on one chair), and there are some minor paint damages on the seat edges. The leather cushions are in good condition, with light scratches. See photos.
