History:
Our story begins in 1967 with the desire of two brothers to open a chair factory and start a furniture business together. Curvados García was founded in a small town near Valencia as a small factory dedicated to the production of classic chairs.
A few years later, the company had over one hundred employees, and the factory building was expanded into what is now Capdell's main factory.
Brand
In the early 1980s, following a severe crisis in Spain, the company refocused on design and launched the Paco Capdell brand. The name Capdell refers to the family name, meaning "persevering and dedicated." The company developed a new strategy: design was integrated into the company's values and became an integral part of the company's operations and innovation.
