Product description
This is a set of four S70 chairs, an iconic design by Börge Lindau & Bo Lindekrantz for the Swedish manufacturer Lammhults. The model, introduced in 1968, is a prime example of Scandinavian design from that period, characterized by its flowing, uninterrupted line.
The chairs are made with a striking S-shaped tubular frame of chromed metal, which provides a slightly springy and comfortable seating experience. The seat is finished in a neutral grey color, creating a subtle contrast with the glossy chrome. The design is not only aesthetically strong but also functional and stackable, a characteristic of thoughtful Swedish modernism.
This vintage set is in good condition, consistent with its age and use. The chairs have retained their original finish and structural integrity, preserving the authentic character of the 1970s design. The overall condition testifies to careful use over the years.
Thanks to their timeless and minimalist appearance, these chairs are versatile. They function excellently as Dining chairs in a modern or vintage interior, but can also serve as stylish accent chairs in an office or waiting area.
