Product description
This set of four Schuitema dining chairs with armrests embodies the refined aesthetic of Art Nouveau. Crafted from high-quality cherry wood, these chairs combine an elegant silhouette with the distinctive artisanal details for which the Dutch furniture maker is known.
The construction demonstrates masterful command of woodworking, featuring subtle inlays and decorative elements in the curved backrest. The seats are upholstered in a classic red fabric with a fine stripe pattern, creating a warm contrast with the rich brown tone of the wood. The chairs are designed with comfort in mind, with the armrests and ergonomically shaped backrest providing excellent support during long dinners.
The set is in good condition reflecting its age and previous use. Over the years, the cherry wood has developed an authentic patina, contributing to the historical character of the furniture. The original finish and structural integrity have been fully preserved.
These classic armchairs make a valuable addition to a formal dining room or a classic interior. They combine perfectly with a solid wood dining table and bring a touch of historical grandeur to the contemporary living space.
