Product description
4 heavy vintage crystal wine glasses of the highest quality from mid-century. The glasses are made of the highest quality crystal with colored crystal overlay. Each glass is mouth blown and hand polished. 2 glasses are amber yellow and 2 are sky blue. The mouth-blown dome has a fine grid pattern band cut on top of a larger diamond pattern. The cut six-sided faceted and rimmed stem runs down to a clear blasted base. This all-lead (24% PbO) crystal wine glass is a vintage German glass produced by Beyer & Co. Kristallglas GmbH, Neustadt a.d. Waldnaab, Bavaria, Germany. There is a small chip in one of the amber yellow glasses just at the edge of diamond cut band. Not disturbing. (See photos 13, 14). The rest is in excellent condition with no dents, chips, scratches or repairs. Dimensions Height H21 cm Opening above 7.5 cm
