Product description
A refined set of four dining chairs, manufactured by the Dutch furniture maker Bannink. These armchairs are an elegant example of the Art Nouveau period, characterized by the use of warm cherry wood and flowing lines. The design harmoniously combines a solid construction with the airiness of woven rattan, resulting in a timeless appearance.
The chairs are made of solid cherry wood with rattan panels in the backrest and on the sides. The seats are fitted with comfortable, loose cushions, upholstered in a dark, woven fabric with a subtle pattern. The characteristic curved legs and the elegant shape of the backrest are typical of the Art Nouveau style, with an emphasis on organic forms and craftsmanship.
The overall condition of the set is good, consistent with its age and use. Over the years, the wood has developed a rich patina that contributes to the authentic character of the furniture. The construction is sturdy, and the chairs retain their original finish and charm.
These armchairs are ideal as dining chairs around a classic wooden table. They add an element of historical elegance to an interior with a fondness for Art Nouveau or classic style, creating an atmospheric and inviting dining area.
