The Fjord - Stool large - 75 x 55 cm is a sturdy footstool with leather upholstery, a filling of cold foam and a sturdy steel frame. This stool is not only a great design piece of furniture for the living room, but also multifunctional in use as a stool and footstool. The Fjord collection also consists of chairs, armchairs and stools that you can combine very well with the Fjord - Stool large - 75 x 55 cm.
The Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola studied in Madrid and Milan and has had her own design studio in Milan since 2001. After her studies she was largely influenced by great Italian designers such as Achille Castiglioni and Vico Magistretti who guided her in her first projects at the beginning of her career. Her design style is unconventional and experimental. A number of Patricia Urquiola's designs, including the Fjord armchair, are part of the permanent collection of the MoMa in New York. During her career , Patricia Urquiola has already won the IF Design Award, the Red Dot Design Award and the Australian International Design Award.
