The LEM Barstools by lapalma is a minimalist Stools, perfect for those looking for a balanced elegance that goes beyond fashion. Named after the Apollo lunar module (Lunar Excursion Module), LEM is the epitome of Lapalma 's style and a masterpiece of lightness and elegance. The Barstools was created at the turn of the century, in the year 2000.
The idea and Design of the LEM bar stool comes from the interior architect and furniture designer Tomoko Azumi (born 1966 in Hiroshima, Japan) and Shin Azumi (born 1965 in Kobe, Japan), currently a professor at Hosei University, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Design in Japan.
The LEM Barstools is offered in countless versions. A distinction is made not only in terms of color and material, but also in functions. The Stools is available as a swivel and height-adjustable version or with a fixed height, which also has a rotating mechanism. Here you can see the overview.
