2 Vintage Liberty Blue fruit / dessert bowls with Betsy Ross decor. From the famous American series Historic Colonial Scenes, produced by Enoch Wedgwood in Staffordshire, England, between 1975-1981 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the USA. Specifications: • Model: Liberty Blue Betsy Ross • Material: Ironstone, blue-white transferware • Diameter: approx. 12.5 cm • Height: approx. 3 cm • Base mark: Liberty Blue Historic Colonial Scenes Betsy Ross Made in England • Decor: Betsy Ross shows the first American flag to George Washington, with a floral border. Used, vintage condition. No chips, no cracks. One bowl with light crazing in the glaze and slight discoloration due to age (see photo 2, right). Other bowl in beautiful clear condition.
