Product description
This pair of large Danish design tables exemplifies the clean lines and functional elegance characteristic of Scandinavian modernism. The expansive square surfaces feature a distinctive quarter-matched veneer pattern, creating a subtle geometric focal point that draws the eye toward the centre of each piece.
Constructed with a warm wood veneer top, the tables are supported by sturdy, cylindrical metal legs with a polished finish. The contrast between the organic texture of the wood and the industrial gleam of the metal reflects a thoughtful approach to material pairing. Designed to be used individually or placed together to form an impressive, elongated conference or dining surface, these tables offer significant versatility.
The tables remain in good condition, retaining their structural integrity and the rich patina of the wood. The original finish has been preserved, reflecting a history of use while maintaining the character inherent to vintage design pieces.
Ideal for a spacious dining room, a creative studio, or a modern office environment, these tables anchor a room with their substantial presence. They pair exceptionally well with both classic mid-century seating and contemporary minimalist chairs.
Made to order for Copenhagen’s municipality in 2000s
