This is a set of two model 651 dining armchairs by the German manufacturer Rolf Benz, upholstered in dark brown leather. Known for their commitment to quality and timeless design, the 651 model exemplifies a clean, architectural aesthetic suitable for contemporary dining spaces.
The chairs are fully upholstered in a durable, pebbled dark brown leather, showcasing meticulous stitching and craftsmanship. They are supported by a slender yet sturdy metal frame with a dark finish, providing a subtle contrast to the rich upholstery. As indicated by the manufacturer's label, these chairs are 'Made in Germany', a testament to the brand's heritage of high-quality production. The rectilinear silhouette, with its integrated armrests and high back, offers both visual structure and supportive comfort for extended seating.
This pair of chairs remains in very good overall condition, having been well-maintained. The leather upholstery retains its consistent colour and texture throughout, and the structure is solid and sound. The chairs present with the integrity of their original construction and finish.
With their sophisticated and understated design, these Rolf Benz armchairs are well-suited for a modern dining room or as elegant side chairs in a home office or living area. Their versatile form and neutral colour palette allow them to integrate seamlessly with a variety of table styles and interior schemes.
