Candlesticks in good condition. The candlestick (Lucy) was designed by Marcel Wanders for the Dutch design label Goods from 1999.
Dimensions: Height 26 cm x Diameter 33 cm.
The first series, like this offered candlestick, were in nickel and chrome.
Background information:
Marcel Wanders is one of the most famous contemporary Dutch designers. He graduated cum laude from the Arnhem School of the Arts, having previously been expelled from the Design Academy Eindhoven. He then studied at the Academies in Hasselt, Maastricht and Eindhoven. His designs are characterized by their poetic and conceptual character. Wanders develops and realizes ideas and products for various clients with his own design agency Marcel Wanders Studio. His designs are adventurous, challenging and polarizing.
