Private sellerProduct description
A set of two Freyer chairs by the Dutch manufacturer Leolux, upholstered in a striking blue Kvadrat fabric.
This model, designed by Just Meijer, is known for its comfort and timeless aesthetic, harking back to the principles of Bauhaus with its cantilever frame.
The chairs are made with a chromed steel tubular frame that offers a slightly springy movement. The seat and backrest are upholstered with a durable, cobalt blue textile from Kvadrat, a renowned Danish textile manufacturer. The armrests are made of solid wood with a warm, light finish, forming an elegant contrast with the cool metal and vibrant upholstery. The design is an example of Dutch design, where functionality and form come together.
This set is in very good overall condition, retaining its original upholstery and the shine of the chrome. The chairs show a character consistent with careful use and are structurally completely intact. The combination of high-quality materials guarantees a long lifespan.
Thanks to their versatile and slender profile, these Freyer chairs are suitable as Dining chairs, conference chairs, or as comfortable seating in a living or workspace. They fit seamlessly into both modern and Mid-Century interiors.
Reason for sale is that they do not fit under the table, which caused four scratches on the chrome. The chairs were purchased as a showroom model at the end of 2025.
