Product description
A set of two child's chairs, designed by the Danish designer Kristian Vedel. This iconic design from the mid-20th century is a prime example of functional and modular children's furniture. The chairs are made of bent plywood with a natural wood grain finish. The ingenious design consists of a curved frame in which loose, colored seat and back elements can be placed at different heights. This set includes elements in red and blue, allowing the chairs to be adapted to a child's growth, from baby to toddler. This concept is characteristic of the Scandinavian design tradition, where form and function come together. The colored parts have been repainted in their original color. These vintage chairs are in good condition, consistent with their age and use. The wood has developed an authentic patina that contributes to the character of the objects. The structural integrity is fully intact, and the chairs are ready for a new generation. Thanks to their timeless and playful aesthetic, these chairs fit perfectly in a child's room, play area, or as a design accent in a living space. They represent a piece of design history that is both practical and decorative.
