Two designer candlesticks by Bruno Ninaber van Eyben called 'Delft', designed in 1997 for Randstad.
Particularly sleek design, made of two hollow, tapered plates of high-gloss stainless steel, which are held together by a black rubber band around the neck, whereby the opening for the candles becomes wider by squeezing the legs together, which makes changing easier and so they don't have to be made to fit!
On the inside on the bottom edge, the name of the designer is stamped on one part, and the name of the client on the other: 'Randstad'!
Although the candlesticks are used, they have hardly any signs of wear, no scratches for example, and even the rubber straps are still intact, they have no traces of fire!
Both candlesticks have been polished as best as possible and have been stripped of candle wax.
