Product description
Paper folding is an ancient art form in Japan called origami, and the vase series of the same name is deeply inspired by the meticulous and organic tradition. Mimicking two pieces of paper folded together, the vases are a sophisticated and playful celebration of the technique. Soft meets sharp. Just like paper origami, it takes patience to really master the method, so it took several attempts to achieve the current low-falling round shape and thin opening of the vases. As this is a hand-glazed natural product, the colors may vary slightly and as the vases are not 100% waterproof, a bag for fresh flowers is included.
