About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a set of two Hot Kroon chandeliers, designed by the Dutch designer Piet Boon for Maretti. The design is a bold reinterpretation of the traditional chandelier, with a sculptural form that immediately catches the eye.
Each lamp is finished in a deep black, glossy finish reminiscent of molten tar or wax, giving it a raw and industrial character. The chandeliers each have 18 light points that provide an atmospheric and warm light, and hang from a robust chain that enhances the tough appearance. This design is a strong example of Dutch Design.
The set is in good, fully functional condition and retains its distinctive finish. These chandeliers are a statement piece and come into their own perfectly above a large dining table or in a room with high ceilings. They fit excellently into a modern, industrial or eclectic interior.
