Product description
2 Seating icons designed by Arne Dahléns for Dalum
Sweden ca. 1960
The elegant base in chrome-plated metal with a four-pointed star shape offers a refined, modern look.
The chairs rotate perfectly around their axis.
Each piece has been hand-reupholstered in a subtly textured fabric befitting the period. Also striking is the detailed finish on the underside.
(Color beige / ochre)
The chairs are labeled on the base. (See photos)
This set is in excellent condition and is ideal for those who appreciate Scandinavian class, style, and a story of innovation.
One chair was likely re-welded at the base; it is barely noticeable and does not affect stability or maneuverability in any way. (See photo)
