Two beautiful torch-shaped wall lamps with antique sandblasted glass cones.
To mount them on the wall, you'll need a mounting bracket with two screws (available at any DIY store).
There are minor traces of the metal bracket on the glass; these can probably be removed with a suitable cleaning agent.
