About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a set of two ceramic serving bowls, characterized by a handcrafted finish and sculptural details. The bowls stand out with handles shaped like a grapevine with grapes and leaves, adding an organic and decorative charm.
The bowls are made of ceramic and have a rectangular shape with softly rounded corners. The surface is finished with a cream-colored craquelure glaze, which gives a subtle texture and depth. The handles and decorative elements are executed in a contrasting greenish-brown hue that accentuates the natural theme. A maker's mark is present on the underside.
The overall condition of the set is very good. The craquelure effect is an intentional part of the design and contributes to the unique character of the pieces, and is therefore not a sign of wear. The luster and structural integrity of the ceramic have been well preserved.
These serving bowls are versatile in use, both functionally for presenting dishes and as a decorative object on a dining table, sideboard, or in a display cabinet. They fit perfectly within a classic, rural, or Mediterranean interior.
