A painting by the Dutch artist Jan Koning (1918-1995). The work is characterized by an expressive and colorful depiction of a chicken, a recurring theme in his oeuvre. This work on canvas shows a vibrant palette of orange, red, yellow, and green, applied with a dynamic and layered technique. The painting is framed in a silver-colored wooden frame that complements the abstract character of the composition. The piece is a striking example of Koning's unique style and fits well into a modern or eclectic interior.
