About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a set of two armchairs by the German manufacturer Stuhl-Remming, crafted in a distinctive postmodern style. The design is defined by the contrast between the soft, black leather upholstery and the sleek, architectural tubular frame that forms the armrests and backrest as a continuous line.
The chairs are built around a stainless steel frame, ensuring a durable construction and a bright, reflective finish. The seat, backrest, and side panels are fully upholstered in black leather. The round shape of the armrest creates an enveloping feel and a striking silhouette. The manufacturer's origin is Düsseldorf-Gerresheim, Germany, as indicated by the original label under the seat.
The overall condition of the set is good, with a character that matches the age of the furniture. The leather has developed an authentic patina, and the stainless steel frames are structurally solid and retain their shine. These armchairs are a good example of German design from the late 20th century.
With their compact form and graphic appearance, these armchairs fit perfectly into various interiors, from a minimalist to an eclectic decor. They function well as accent chairs in a living room, as comfortable seating in a study, or as a stylish addition to a reception area.
