Product description
This is a unique vintage display object from the 1960s, crafted as a two-dimensional mannequin bearing the likeness of actress Doris Day. The piece captures the essence of fashion and pop culture from that period, making it a special collector's item for lovers of film history and mid-century aesthetics. The construction of this object is a mix of materials, with a base of sturdy cardboard on which the figure is painted. The clothing is partly three-dimensional, created using real textiles: a yellow blouse and a mint green skirt. It is equipped with a metal hook on the back, intended for hanging the object on the wall. The color scheme includes vibrant yellow, green, black, and white. The overall condition of the object is consistent with its age and former use as display material. It has an authentic vintage character, where the traces of time contribute to the charm and story of the piece. The original colors and materials have largely been preserved. This decorative piece is a striking addition to an interior with a retro or eclectic style. It can serve as an artistic statement in a living room, hallway, or creative workspace, and is also an interesting item for collectors of memorabilia.
