About the photo and the exhibition:
The Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung (IAA) in Frankfurt was at the time the stage where car manufacturers presented their latest models. In 1967, the Porsche 912 was already a fixture in Porsche's range, positioned as a sporty but more affordable alternative to the 911. The photo shows the car in a setting full of classic car show elements, with atmospheric lighting and an authentic retro look.
