Product description
This sculptural wall fixture or door ornament is a striking example of 1980s Brutalist design. The piece features a dynamic, sunburst-like silhouette that commands attention and adds a strong architectural element to any space.
Crafted from cast aluminium with a deeply textured, patinated bronze finish, the sculpture exhibits the raw, expressive qualities characteristic of the Brutalist movement. The radiating spokes and central void create a compelling interplay of light and shadow when mounted. The piece measures 181 cm in height, 73 cm in width, and 2 cm in depth.
The sculpture remains in great condition, preserving its original textured finish and structural integrity. The dark, organic patina is consistent with its age and enhances its sculptural presence.
This fixture serves as a powerful focal point in both residential and commercial interiors. It pairs exceptionally well with mid-century modern, industrial, or contemporary spaces, offering a bold statement piece for a prominent wall or entryway.
It can also be used horizontally or vertically.
