Product description
Large Italian Murano glass pendant light dating from the 1970s, distinguished by its sculptural profile and elegant swirling glass decoration. The generously proportioned shade is executed in white opaline Murano glass with flowing grey linear details that sweep organically around its surface. The pattern emphasizes the pendant’s fluid form and gives the piece a particularly attractive appearance from every viewing angle. When illuminated, the opaline glass softly diffuses the light and creates a warm atmospheric glow, making the fixture suitable as a statement pendant above a dining table or as a focal point in a living room, entrance hall or contemporary interior. The glass shade is suspended from a brass-plated metal chain with matching fittings, providing an elegant contrast to the white glass. The metal elements have been repolished. The lamp has been fitted with new electrical wiring and uses one E26/E27 bulb socket. It is compatible with US electrical systems. The overall suspension length can be shortened free of charge upon request prior to shipping.Origin: ItalyPeriod: 1970sStyle: Mid-Century Modern / Italian Modern / Space AgeMaterials: Murano glass, brass-plated metalSocket: 1× E26/E27US compatible: YesDimensions:Overall height: 82 cm / 32.28 inDiameter: 58 cm / 22.83 inCondition: Repolished and newly rewired.
