“Lorraine” Pattern
Circa 1950s
A charming eight-piece French faience serving set by Gien in the delightful “Lorraine” pattern.
The decoration combines bold red tulips with delicate blue flowers and hand-painted red borders, all set against the warm ivory tone of the glazed faience. The result is wonderfully cheerful and distinctly French, with an appealing balance of country-house charm and mid-century design.
The set includes seven small square plates with softly rounded corners, ideal for desserts, pastries, petit fours, appetizers, or cheese, together with a long matching serving platter.
