Cut chairs by the Italian brand Lapalma, designed by Francesco Rota. Sixteen identical pieces are available. The Cut owes its name to the way its shape is constructed: a sharply cut shell with the outer shell in matte black and the inside upholstered in one continuous surface. This sharp dividing line between the black shell and upholstery along the top edge makes the model instantly recognizable and gives the chair a timeless, understated look that won't quickly become dated.
The shell is made of Baydur polyurethane, a dense and impact-resistant material that Lapalma uses specifically for intensive use because it lasts for years without discolouring or deforming. The inside is covered with fire-retardant foam and a dark mélange fabric, making the chair comfortable without losing its sleek lines.
This version stands on a black five-star base with wheels and is continuously height-adjustable via the gas spring, from approximately forty-two to fifty-two centimetres seat height. This makes the Cut widely applicable: as an office chair or conference chair, but just as well at home at a dining table, kitchen island, sewing table, or as a loose extra seat in a living room, study, or hobby room. This is also a good option for individuals looking for one or a few sturdy design chairs with a recognizable appearance. Lapalma produces in Italy and is known for meticulous detailing.
The chairs come from an office environment and are in good condition with minor signs of wear. The gas springs work, the chairs swivel smoothly, and the wheels run well. There are no cracks in the shells and no damage to the upholstery.

When purchasing multiple pieces, a tiered price is negotiable. The complete lot of sixteen identical pieces can also be taken over as a whole, for example, when an entire space needs to look uniform at once, such as an open-plan office, conference room, studio, or co-working space; the price for this is subject to consultation. New, this model costs several hundred euros per piece, so both individually and as a lot, this saves considerably. An invoice can be provided for companies.
